~Subway over any burger place
~Veggie wrap or sandwich
~Large salad with some sort of protein
~Veggie burger
~brown rice and red beans and avocado

Thai Tuna Salad
This is a super easy, super quick fat burning salad. It goes with almost anything and you can adjust all of the ingredients according to your tastes. Be sure to use low fat dressing or you'll ruin it.
1 bag of salad greens 1 can tuna drained 3 tbsp. Lime juice 3 tbsp. Lemon juice ¼ cup finely chopped celery ¼ finely chopped green pepper crushed red pepper to taste
Place salad greens in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and arrange on top. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired. Serve with low fat Asian dressing.

Mix together with hands or stand mixer: 1 pound beef (lean if you have it) 3/4 cup finely chopped broccoli 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion 1/4 cup finely chopped celery (about 1 stalk) 1/2 cup shredded in processor red cabbage 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
make into 2-4 oz balls flatten and cook in skillet with 1 teaspoon olive oil
*great with a slice of havarti cheese, whole wheat or grain bread/bun, mustard and chipolte mayo
